EduJahiz offers three plans: Free, Essential, and Premium. The Free and Essential plans include the Digital Portal and Digital Campus; the other modules (Teacher Space, Parent Space, Student Space, Mobile App, Website) are available à la carte. The Premium plan bundles all modules. The Integrations and AI Hub extensions are available à la carte on every plan. Plans differ by support level: standard Support or Dedicated Support.

Yes. The Free plan requires no credit card and no time commitment. You can start immediately with the essential features, as long as your institution's enrollment does not exceed 500 student records. Beyond that, upgrading to a paid plan is required.

Billing is based on the number of non-archived student records as of your annual invoice date — whether they are enabled or disabled. A record is counted from the moment it is created and remains billable until an administrator archives it: any record archived before the billing cycle is not billed. An archived record stays viewable in read-only mode, and restoring it adds it back to the billed count.

The Essential plan includes the Digital Portal and Digital Campus, with the other modules available à la carte, and standard Support (application maintenance and online assistance). The Premium plan bundles all modules, adds live accompaniment (phone, WhatsApp, video call) and a dedicated account manager from onboarding through Dedicated Support. The Integrations and AI Hub extensions remain à la carte on both plans.

Yes. EduJahiz support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, regardless of your plan. Our team is reachable through five channels: WhatsApp, Private Community, Phone, Email, and SMS. We operate in five languages: Arabic, French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese (BR).

Standard Support (Free and Essential plans) includes application maintenance and online assistance. Dedicated Support (Premium plan) adds live accompaniment via phone, WhatsApp, or video call, plus a dedicated account manager assigned from onboarding. On-site support and custom maintenance are covered by a separate Custom Service, quoted on request and available with any plan.

The Private Community is an exclusive peer-support space for EduJahiz subscribers. You can ask questions, share best practices, access tutorials, and get early access to product announcements. It is one of the five 24/7 support channels available to all subscribers.

The AI Hub is an à la carte extension, available with any plan. It provides personalized learning recommendations, grading assistance, predictive analytics, an administrative assistant, an analytics dashboard, intelligent scheduling, and school transport optimization.

Yes. The Website module gives every institution a professional web presence: customized homepage, content pages, news & blog, photo & video gallery, custom domain name, SEO optimization, included hosting, and an automatic SSL certificate.
